A quietly building AI startup in the industrial domain is hiring a Senior AI Engineer to help bring intelligent automation into technical sales processes. Their focus is on creating AI systems that can handle complex engineering logic and decision-making.
The product is already deployed with customers, and the team is focused on turning advanced models into practical tools that deliver immediate value.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Designing and implementing machine learning models for real-world use
- Building AI systems that interact with structured and technical data
- Improving model performance based on live feedback and usage
- Working closely with engineering to integrate models into production
What they’re looking for:
- Strong programming skills, especially in Python
- Hands-on experience with ML frameworks and deployment
- Ability to move between experimentation and production work
- Interest in applying AI to complex, real-world challenges
Tech stack:
- Python, Temporal, OpenAI / Anthropic / Gemini, LiteLLM, Langfuse, Pydantic AI
- Postgres, vector and graph databases
- Next.js, TypeScript
- Azure, GCP (Vertex), Pulumi
