Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain internal applications using the Microsoft development stack (.NET, C#, SQL) and Python.
- Leverage Python for backend development, automation, and integration with Azure AI and data services.
- Design, develop, and integrate APIs for scalable system integrations and data exchange.
- Evaluate and pilot AI and automation capabilities using Azure AI Services and Microsoft Copilot.
- Build, enhance, and operate CI/CD pipelines and development workflows using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.
- Implement DevOps best practices, including source control, automated testing, and deployment automation.
- Implement and support secure Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions (MFA, RBAC).
- Design and operate intelligent agents or agent-based workflows combining code, tools, APIs, and AI models.
- Participate in a 24x7 on-call rotation for mission-critical systems support.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to deliver reliable internal tools.
- 5+ years of experience with Microsoft development stack (.NET, C#, SQL) and Python.
- Strong DevOps skills with Azure Pipelines or GitHub Actions, Git, and Agile workflows.
- Demonstrated API development experience.
- Experience designing, developing, or operating intelligent agents/agent-based workflows.
- Skilled in Identity and Access Management (IAM), MFA, and RBAC.
- Working knowledge of ANSI SQL and vendor-specific dialects (e.g., T-SQL).
- Hands-on experience with command-line interfaces (CLI) for development, automation, and troubleshooting.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Management, or equivalent demonstrated work experience.
- Previous experience as a Systems Analyst working with systems integration is preferred.
- Strong analytical troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Salary Range: $99,200 - $140,000 (Typical range: $99,200 - $126,400).
