What You’ll Be Doing

You will take ownership of backend systems from day one. This is a role for an engineer who wants to ship things that matter.

• Architect & Build: Design and deliver backend solutions for global operations and greenfield projects.
• Write Clean Code: Ship production-ready code while maintaining high quality through rigorous code reviews.
• Optimize: Focus on performance and scalability to ensure our systems match the technical excellence of our physical products.
• Innovate with AI: Actively explore and integrate AI-assisted development tools to unlock new levels of team productivity.

Technical Essentials

• Mastery of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP).
• Deep understanding of Version Control (Git) and Agile methodologies.
• Strong Computer Science fundamentals (A degree is a plus, but your portfolio is what counts).
• Excellent communication skills for a geographically distributed team.
