In order to achieve our common goals, we count on you

  • Develop and maintain our ServiceNow Service Catalog
  • Create and update Catalog Items and Order Guides
  • Use Variables and Variable Sets, Catalog UI Policies, and Catalog Client Scripts
  • Design, configure, and develop flows, subflows, and workflows
  • Understand and implement customer and business requirements
  • Consult product owners and the organization on ServiceNow best practices and capabilities
  • Be involved in team decisions; everyone can contribute to the team regardless of the experience

What you will need for successful work

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, business information technology, or related field with relevant working experience
  • Professional experience (min. 1 years) with the ServiceNow platform (Core, Service Catalog, Service Portal/Employee Service Center/Customer Service Portal)
  • Knowledge of the ServiceNow platform architecture, design, and handling
  • Capacity to communicate technical, architectural, and organizational problems and propose solutions
  • Ability to work closely with other parts of the organization
  • Thorough way of working with an eye for detail and thinking ahead
  • Strong analytical skills paired with a distinct service and customer orientation
  • Self-driven to solve problems and overcome roadblocks
  • Positive and solution-oriented mindset and a strong team player
  • Good proficiency in English (business level), both written and spoken
  • Proficiency in German (business level), both written and spoken
