C# .NET Developer – Hybrid (Frankfurt). Frankfurt, Germany.

We’re partnering exclusively with a well-established enterprise SaaS company building high-availability, data-driven systems used in complex commercial environments.

This is a Mid Level to Senior C# / .NET backend engineering role for someone who takes pride in clean architecture, solid OOP principles, and writing performant SQL in real production systems.

You’ll be:

• Designing and building backend components that go into live enterprise environments
• Working on mature, revenue-generating systems

This team values strong fundamentals — particularly in C#, .NET internals, OOP design and relational databases.

The Tech Environment

• C# (core language depth matters here)
• .NET Core & .NET Framework
• SQL Server (complex queries, indexing, optimisation)
• Azure DevOps (CI/CD pipelines)
• Enterprise-scale SaaS architecture

This is a backend-first engineering role. No front-end dilution.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Designing, developing and maintaining backend services in C#
• Writing efficient, optimised SQL against production databases
• Applying solid object-oriented design principles
• Refactoring and improving legacy components
• Contributing to technical decisions and code reviews
• Supporting reliable CI/CD delivery pipelines
• Collaborating with QA, DevOps and Product in an agile environment

What We’re Looking For

Essential

• 3–5 years’ commercial experience in C# / .NET development
• Strong understanding of OOP principles and clean code practices
• Solid experience with SQL Server in production environments
• Experience working on multi-developer codebases
• Confidence debugging, refactoring and improving existing systems
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines

Highly Valued

• Experience in SaaS or enterprise software
• Performance tuning experience (application or database)
• Exposure to Azure-hosted systems
• Understanding of scalable system design
