We are seeking a skilled Software Engineer (Engineer II) to contribute to the design, development, testing, and maintenance of software applications within a highly collaborative, cross-functional team.

This role is ideal for engineers with 3+ years of experience who are ready to deepen their technical capabilities, actively participate in design discussions, and take ownership of delivering high-quality, scalable, and secure solutions from development through production support.

🛠️ Required Skills & Experience

🔹 Experience:

3+ years of experience in backend or software engineering roles.

Hands-on experience working on projects with similar complexity to Engineer II responsibilities.

Solid understanding of software development principles and lifecycle.

🔹 Programming Languages:

Proficiency in Java (solid understanding of core concepts).

Foundational scripting skills in Python.

🔹 Frameworks & Tools:

Basic understanding of Spring, Spring Boot, and Spring Batch.

Experience using Git/GitHub (CLI or IDE).

🔹 Cloud & Infrastructure:

Basic understanding of AWS cloud concepts (certifications are a plus).

Exposure to event messaging systems (RabbitMQ, SQS, Kafka).

Experience with databases such as Oracle, MongoDB, Aurora, or DynamoDB.

🔹 Ways of Working:

Experience collaborating in cross-functional teams.

Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and escalate when needed.

Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).

🔹 Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines.

🔹 AWS cloud certifications or equivalent cloud experience.
