Job Description
Join as a technical co-founder to build ambient AI that assists professionals during high-stakes conversations. You will tackle gnarly challenges like sub-second latency and intent forecasting while architecting an unobtrusive Electron-based UX. This is a 0-1 opportunity to define the engineering culture and technical foundation for a next-generation productivity platform.

- Set the engineering culture and standards, balancing high-craftsmanship iteration with a relentless bias toward shipping and learning.
- Proven experience shipping production software from 0-1, with a track record of building high-quality products end-to-end.
- Deep technical expertise in at least one core area: retrieval/graph data structures, voice/transcription pipelines, or ML infrastructure.
- High-agency operator with a bias for action who knows when to choose the right abstraction and when to ship a duct-tape version.
