Remote : 1 day per week after 3 to 6 months

Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and maintain solutions on the Avaloq platform using PL/SQL.
• Implement, test, and deploy functional enhancements in line with business requirements.
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand and translate their needs into technical solutions.
• Share knowledge and support junior team members to foster continuous growth within the team.
• Ensure incident follow-up, bug fixes, and performance optimizations.
• Actively contribute to team best practices, including code reviews, documentation, and agile ceremonies.

Profile :

• Proven hands-on experience in Avaloq development (mandatory).
• Excellent command of PL/SQL.
• Strong knowledge of banking environments; corporate banking experience is a distinct advantage.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Proactive, structured, and able to share expertise with others.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required; French is a plus.
• Join a team of around 20 professionals under the leadership of a Service Delivery Manager.

• Hybrid work policy: possibility to work from home 1 day per week after a successful onboarding period (3–6 months).
