Your Role

As a Software Integration Engineer / Full Stack Developer & Integrator, you will be responsible for the installation, tuning, and integration of open-source software, enabling seamless communication between different software solutions and systems. You will play a central role in connecting people, machines, devices, and automation software within complex industrial processes, ensuring the efficiency and optimisation of application workflows.

• Analysing and designing efficient integration approaches between software platforms, both on-premises and in the Cloud, ensuring scalable and reliable end-to-end connectivity across complex environments;
• Developing and maintaining integration solutions using widely adopted programming languages such as Java, Python, and Linux/Windows shell scripting, contributing to robust and maintainable codebases;
• Implementing and managing data flow orchestration and procedural workflows using tools such as Apache NiFi or Kubernetes schedulers, ensuring smooth automation across distributed systems;
• Configuring and maintaining API gateways (e.g., WSO2, Kong) to enable secure and efficient application integration, while applying authentication protocols including OAuth2/OpenID, SAML, LDAP, and Active Directory;
• Deploying, managing, and scaling containerised applications using Docker and Kubernetes, ensuring high availability, resilience, and elastic scalability across cloud and hybrid environments.

Your Profile

• Proven experience in software integration and full stack development, with strong hands-on capability across both back-end services and system-level integration in enterprise or industrial environments;
• Solid knowledge of Java, Python, and shell scripting (Linux/Windows), with the ability to design and implement clean, efficient, and well-documented integration code;
• Demonstrated experience with IAM/IDM/SSO solutions and authentication frameworks, including working knowledge of tools such as Keycloak, ForgeRock IDM, or Microsoft Active Directory;
• Hands-on experience with containerisation and orchestration technologies including Docker and Kubernetes, with a sound understanding of elastic scalability and lifecycle management;
• Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and cloud-native integration patterns is considered a strong advantage, along with experience working in agile, cross-functional, and geographically distributed teams.
