Experienced Machine Learning Engineer (24939)

Relcommerce is looking for an experienced Machine Learning Engineer to join our innovative and fast-growing technology team. This role involves developing advanced AI-driven solutions and having a direct impact on data-driven products and business processes. Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy Machine Learning models with a focus on LLM-based solutions.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Data, and Engineering teams to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
• Optimize and improve model performance, scalability, and accuracy.
• Perform data analysis, preprocessing, and preparation for model training and evaluation.
• Research and implement new technologies and methodologies in AI and Machine Learning.
• Mentor team members and contribute to knowledge sharing and technical excellence within the team.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Machine Learning.
• Hands-on experience developing and deploying LLM / Generative AI solutions.
• Strong proficiency in Python and experience with frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or similar.
• Deep understanding of algorithms, data structures, and software engineering principles.
• Experience working with Data Pipelines, data preprocessing, and Feature Engineering.
• Advantage: experience with Cloud environments and MLOps tools.
