AI Engineer
We are seeking AI Engineers to join our Games Testing division and welcome candidates across a range of experience levels, from emerging talent to seasoned professionals. In this role, you will combine QA automation expertise with AI-driven solutions to improve testing efficiency and coverage. You will design and enhance automated frameworks, integrate AI into QA workflows, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to elevate game quality at scale.
What You Will Do:
- Design, build, and maintain automated test frameworks for game features, regression suites, and platform compliance testing, etc.
- Integrate AI capabilities into existing automated test workflows and QA pipelines
- Apply game testing domain knowledge to evaluate and validate AI-assisted outputs for practical QA usefulness
- Monitor automated and AI-assisted test results, investigate failures, and drive resolution with development teams
- Build and maintain integrations with generative AI APIs within QA tooling and automation pipelines
- Design and manage AI workflows that support game testing processes
- Identify opportunities within existing QA workflows where AI integration can reduce manual effort or improve consistency
- Develop and maintain automation infrastructures that support multiple game platforms and release types
- Contribute to test planning, coverage design, and release readiness activities alongside QA leads
- Participate actively in agile or scrum workflows including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives
- Maintain test cases and defect records in test management and bug tracking tools
- Support junior engineers in building strong automations and game testing fundamentals
To Be Successful You Will Have:
- A bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, information technology, or a related field; equivalent practical experience will be considered
- 1-5 years of experience in game testing or games QA with a strong automation background across functional, regression, compliance testing, etc.
- Solid programming skills in Python, C++, or equivalate scripting language with demonstrated experience building and maintaining test automation frameworks
- Hands-on experience with AI-powered testing platforms integrated into professional QA workflows
- Hands-on experience working with generative AI APIs in a tooling or QA workflow context
- Working knowledge of building and managing AI-powered workflows
- Working knowledge of AI prompt engineering and how to construct effective inputs for large language models
- Proficiency with version control systems such as Git including branching, merging, and collaborative workflows
- Experience with bug tracking and test management tools such as Jira, TestRail, or equivalent
- Familiar with CI/CD pipelines and integrating automated test suites into build and release processes
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across QA, engineering, and production teams
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiar with cloud AI services and their integration patterns
- Experience across multiple game platforms such as PC, console, and mobile including certification processes
- Exposure to game engines such as Unity or Unreal in a QA or automation context
- Experience with performance or compatibility testing across multiple platforms
