What You’ll Be Doing:
- Design and build scalable systems used by millions
- Contribute to architecture and influence the technical roadmap
- Own product outcomes with a strong focus on user impact
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Design, and Ops
- Mentor junior engineers and raise engineering standards
- Improve processes and drive best practices
What They’re Looking For:
- 3+ years in software engineering
- Strong technical foundation (Python, React, Postgres, AWS a plus)
- Experience building scalable, production systems
- Product-minded with a focus on real user problems
- Collaborative and thrives in fast-paced environments
