About The Role

You deploy our software at customer sites, integrate it with on-site systems, troubleshoot issues, and feed precise findings back to the engineering team. When you’re not traveling, you’ll contribute directly as a software engineer to our product codebase.

Your Responsibilities

  • Install, configure, and validate our software in on-premise customer environments
  • Investigate and resolve issues on site; create minimal repros and hand over to Engineering as needed
  • Integrate with customer infrastructure and verify end-to-end workflows
  • Provide concise field feedback that informs product priorities
  • Act as a development team member when not traveling, applying your on-site knowledge to guide design and implementation towards impactful outcomes

Essential Skills

  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Mechatronics, or equivalent experience
  • Strong C# skills
  • Experience with desktop/UI frameworks (WPF, Avalonia)
  • Enthusiasm for robotics and industrial automation
  • Willingness to travel at least 60%
  • Excellent English communication skills

Beneficial Skills

  • Experience with one or more of: robotics, machine vision, Open GL, PLCs, or Modbus
  • C++ experience
