🔸 Key Responsibilities
- Product Ownership: Manage end-to end lifecycle for investor portals and mobile app, ensuring a frictionless user journey from onboarding to transaction to drive digital adoption and business.
- UI/UX Excellence: Analyze & Design end-to-end user journeys for digital assets like App & Website. Lead UI/UX and collaborate with design teams to optimize Figma wireframes into high-performing, accessible interfaces.
- Documentation & Wireframing: Create detailed Functional Requirement Specifications (FRS) and User Stories. Develop low-fidelity wireframes and high-fidelity prototypes to visualize the user flow before development. Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure the final build aligns with the original UX vision and business logic.
- Tech Stack Understanding: Expertise in managing the full technical lifecycle of digital platforms, with a deep understanding of frontend frameworks, API integrations, and infrastructure.
- Business & UX Strategy: Conduct deep-market analysis and competitor benchmarking; transforming insights into high-impact feature roadmaps and UI/UX optimizations that maintain our digital edge."
- Compliance & Security: Work closely with legal and risk teams to implement regulatory requirements (e.g., SEBI circulars) and resolve VAPT/cybersecurity observations.
🔸 Experience
- 6–10 years of extensive experience in consumer-facing websites and mobile applications, preferably within the AMC, Mutual Fund, FinTech or BFSI space.
🔸 Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field is preferred, & a post-graduate degree in Digital Business, Marketing, or Product Management.
🔸 Required Skills
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a proven ability to articulate complex ideas clearly to diverse stakeholders.
- Strong domain expertise in Mutual Funds, particularly regarding regulatory frameworks and product lifecycles, is an added advantage.
- Possesses a foundational technical command of digital asset architecture, including the end-to-end workflows of web and mobile application development.
- A motivated self-starter with superior time management skills and a commitment to providing high-level customer service and support.
- Possess a deep understanding of the mutual fund landscape and the ability to conduct high-level digital gap analysis across web and mobile platforms to maintain a competitive edge.
