Job Description
- Campaign Strategy and Execution (On-Ground BTL Focus):
- Campaign Management: Lead the planning, execution, and management of various localized BTL
○ Gate Branding
○ Flea Market participation
○ Canopy Activities
○ Door-to-Door Sampling
○ Targeted WhatsApp Campaigns within RWA/Societies networks.
- Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and guide a small team of 4-5 Business Executives to ensure
- Permissions and Negotiation: Proactively secure necessary permissions for executing activities within
- Vendor Network Management: Create and maintain a robust, reliable network of local vendors (logistics, printing, manpower, etc.) to support smooth campaign operations and manage vendor relationships effectively.
- Operational Excellence and Time Management:
- Logistics & Planning: Demonstrate sharp time management, on-field management, and strategic
deadlines.
- Vigilance and Communication: Maintain extreme vigilance on all communication channels (emails,
- Reporting & Analysis: Utilize strong Excel skills to create detailed campaign performance dashboards,
- Stakeholder Management and Communication:
- Stakeholder Relations: Exhibit amazing stakeholder management skills, effectively balancing the
- Interpersonal Collaboration: Possess amazing cross-functional interpersonal skills to coordinate
support.
- Conflict Resolution: Demonstrate strong conflict management and client escalation management skills,
- Communication Skills: Maintain excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, ensuring
- Local Expertise and Network Building:
- Local Knowledge: Be exceptionally well-versed with the geography, demographics, and key societies
- Rapport Building: Display excellent rapport building skills to establish long-term, trustworthy
- Language Fluency: Must speak the local language fluently to facilitate effective communication,
- Local Residency: Must be currently residing in the same city to ensure immediate availability and deep
- Ownership and Personal Attributes:
- Ownership: Demonstrate an extreme sense of ownership and responsibility over campaign success,

Required Qualifications And Experience
- 5+ years of experience in Business Development, Field Marketing, BTL Campaign Management, or related
- Proven experience managing small field teams and delivering measurable results in localized campaigns.
- Mandatory residency within the designated city.
- Fluency in the local regional language is mandatory.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and dashboard creation.
- Demonstrated negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
- Timely and successful execution of all assigned BTL campaigns.
- Effectiveness of negotiation in securing permissions and optimizing vendor costs.
- Quality of dashboards and reporting provided.
- Positive feedback regarding stakeholder and RWA relationship management.
- Overall productivity and engagement of the field team.
