Job Overview:
We are looking for a client-facing Technical Account Manager with experience in financial markets, derivatives, trading operations, or FinTech platforms. This role will work closely with clients to support onboarding, platform adoption, issue resolution, and day-to-day account management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage client relationships and provide ongoing support
• Handle onboarding and platform implementation activities
• Support market data, trading, or financial operations workflows
• Investigate operational issues, reconciliations, and reporting discrepancies
• Work closely with product, engineering, and operations teams
• Train and support clients on platform usage and workflows
• Ensure high client satisfaction and smooth communication
Required Skills:
• Experience in financial markets, derivatives, capital markets, treasury, trade operations, or FinTech
• Strong client/customer management skills
• Good analytical and problem-solving ability
• Experience with financial platforms or SaaS products
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Skills:
• SQL, Excel, Jira, APIs, or reporting tools
• Exposure to market data, trade lifecycle, reconciliations, or regulatory workflows
• Experience with structured finance, corporate trust, or investment operations is a plus
