They are looking for a Machine Learning Engineer who can operate deep into the stack, someone who can interact directly with models and architectures.

What You'll Do

🔬 Translate Research into Production Take cutting-edge work in mechanistic interpretability, activation engineering, and representation engineering and transform it into robust, scalable production code.

🔧 Perform Model Surgery Apply advanced techniques , including control vectors, activation patching, and feature extraction to fundamentally reshape and elevate model capabilities.

Who You Are

Deep Technical Foundations You have a rigorous grasp of Transformer architectures, PyTorch internals, and the mathematical underpinnings of modern deep learning.

Beyond the API You've trained, fine-tuned, and dissected LLMs at a structural level and you know the difference between surface-level augmentation and genuine model improvement.

Mechanistic Interpretability - experience and understanding with Mech Interp is a huge +.
