Our Technology organization brings together skilled engineers, architects, platform specialists, and IT experts with a mission to develop, operate, and continuously improve our unified Truesec Platform. The Engineering Team drives the adoption of automation, AI, and modern cloud technology to deliver secure, scalable, and high‑performing solutions that enable our teams and clients to stay ahead of cyber threats.

The Role

As a Senior Cloud Engineer, you will play a crucial role in shaping and strengthening our cloud ecosystem. Your work ensures that our teams can build efficiently, securely, and at scale.

You will:

• Drive cloud adoption and lifecycle management across services.
• Ensure effective use of Platform‑as‑a‑Service (PaaS) offerings and modern Azure capabilities.
• Design and maintain scalable, secure, and cost‑efficient cloud environments.
• Automate and optimize CI/CD pipelines for reliable delivery.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and drive automation across tooling and workflows.
• Develop internal tools and solutions where cloud‑native functionality does not fully meet requirements.
• Monitor, maintain, and improve system performance, reliability, and resilience.
• Build and enhance logging, monitoring, and alerting systems for high observability.
• Collaborate with development teams to optimize deployment strategies and application performance.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to engineering standards.
• Document processes, architectures, and workflows to support knowledge sharing.
• Mentor team members and stay current with emerging cloud technologies.

Your Potential Background

Technical Skills

You likely bring:

• Strong proficiency with Azure cloud infrastructure.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (preferably Bicep or Ansible).
• Experience designing and managing CI/CD pipelines (preferably GitHub Actions).
• Skills in scripting and automation using PowerShell and/or Python.
• Experience with containers and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Good understanding of observability pillars: logging, metrics, and tracing.
