Job Description

ServiceNow Developer

  • Design, develop, and implement integrations between ServiceNow and third-party systems (e.g., REST/SOAP APIs, JDBC, LDAP, SSO and Other Third Party Vendors.).
  • Develop custom applications and modules on the ServiceNow platform using JavaScript, Flow Designer, and Integration Hub.
  • Configure ServiceNow flows, Workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and ACLs to meet business requirements.
  • Maintain and support existing ServiceNow integrations and troubleshoot integration issues.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, architects, and other developers to gather requirements and ensure alignment with enterprise integration architecture.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation related to ServiceNow integrations, data flows, and custom development.
  • Ensure adherence to coding and security standards.
  • Knowledge and hands-on with ServiceNow Virtual Agent and Chatbot workflow creation and configuration.

Salary Range- $90,000-$100,000 a year
