Data Scientist

We’re Hiring: Data Scientist / Machine Learning Engineer (2–5 years experience)

Location: Thane/ Pune/ Bangalore

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in data science, specifically in classical machine learning domain.
• Strong proficiency in Python and SQL.
• Solid experience in developing statistical models involving supervised learning, classification, model validation, and performance metrics.
• Hands-on experience with feature engineering, data cleaning, and working with messy operational data.
• Experience designing or analyzing A/B tests, holdout tests, or controlled experiments.
• Strong grasp of statistical concepts such as sampling, lift, significance testing, confidence intervals, and class imbalance.
• Ability to work with large tabular datasets e.g. from CRM, collections systems, payment systems, and campaign logs.
• Good communication skills and ability to work with business and operations teams.
• Comfort with translating model output into practical action.
