Your Key Responsibilites
Architecture and Design
- Lead the technical architecture and design of Salesforce solutions.
- Ensure designs are aligned with both business objectives & technical standards/architecture.
- Develop and customize Salesforce applications using APEX, Visualforce, Lightning components, and other Salesforce technologies.
- Apply the 80/20 rule for out-of-the-box configurations versus custom development.
- Oversee data migration and integration tasks, ensuring seamless interoperability between Salesforce and other CRMs like Veeva.
- Utilize APIs and middleware for integration with third-party systems.
- Support documenting & end to end testing
- Conduct unit testing and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Resolve anomalies identified during various testing phases, including functional, integration, and non-functional tests.
- Work closely with business analysts, project managers, and other stakeholders to gather and define technical requirements.
- Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Create comprehensive technical documentation.
- Provide training and support to end-users and junior developers.
- Manage the post-implementation support, including L2 and L3 support.
- Handle minor enhancements and bug fixes as required.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Multi-annual hands-on experience with Salesforce development.
- Extensive experience with Salesforce platform & marketing automation platforms like marketing cloud will be added advantage.
- Proven expertise in Salesforce integrations and data migration.
- Experience with Mulesoft will be a added advantage.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is highly desirable.
- Strong proficiency in APEX, Visualforce, Lightning components, SOQL, and SOSL.
- Knowledge of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
- Familiarity with Salesforce integration tools and techniques.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems (e.g., Git, gearset).
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Fluent English is a must.
