I’m currently working with a team looking to hire a Ruby on Rails Full Stack Software Engineer for a fully remote, permanent position.
This is a great opportunity to work on impactful digital products, including projects within the public sector, where your work will directly support real-world services.
🔧 What they’re looking for:
- Strong experience with Ruby on Rails (core focus)
- Solid knowledge of PostgreSQL / MySQL / SQL
- Full-stack capability (backend-leaning)
- Exposure or interest in AI / LLMs / generative AI is a bonus
- Experience with public sector / government / NHS / GDS-style projects is highly desirable
