The Job!

• Welcome guests and smoothly handle check-ins and check-outs
• Provide information about Marriott Bonvoy and hotel services
• Manage room reservations, billing, and payments
• Collaborate with the Front Office team and management
• Ensure warm, efficient, and professional guest service

• Hospitality experience is a big plus - especially if you're familiar with Opera PMS
• Smooth operator in customer relations - guests love your vibe and your can-do attitude.
• Killer communication skills, an eye for detail, and bilingual vibes (German and English - any other language is a cherry on top).
• Adventure-ready, humble, helpful, and approachable - you're the kind of person people actually want to work with.
