StrataEdge.AI, an innovative AI company, is seeking a Senior AI Engineer to build production-grade AI agents that automate complex back-office operations.

The Role

Senior AI Engineer (8–12+ years of experience) to solve hard, ambiguous problems and build customer-loved solutions.

What You’ll Do

• Design and implement AI agent pipelines.
• Build reliable document ingestion pipelines.
• Own accuracy & explainability.
• Collaborate with domain experts.
• Ship features end-to-end.
• Help define engineering culture.

• A strong, full-stack problem solver.
• Passionate about building useful products.
• 8–12+ years of experience (Python preferred).
• Comfortable with cloud-native data platforms (Snowflake valued).
• Experienced with LLM-powered applications.
• Obsessed with reliability.
• Collaborative and humble.

• Insurance or financial services domain knowledge.
• Experience with Streamlit, FastAPI, LangChain/LlamaIndex.
• Data engineering experience.
• Prior work in regulated industries.
