About the company:

• Seed-stage, recently raised $5m from Tier-1 VCs
• Based in NYC
• Adding $500k ARR every month and scaling fast
• Pioneering an AI-driven product

About the role:

As a Founding Software Engineer, you’ll be building AI agents for Data Analysis, as well as backend and infra work. This is your chance to make a huge impact joining at an early stage.

Typical work could involve:

• Fullstack work, typically backend-leaning
• Building AI agents
• Lots of work with databases
• Designing and shipping end-to-end product features
• Building large-scale systems and infrastructure
• Caring deeply about shaping the product

About you: You should have at least some of the following:

• 1-5 years of commercial experience at startups or forward-thinking tech companies
• Strong system design fundamentals
• Experience with data-heavy environments
• Comfortable working across backend, infra, and data
• Startup or frontier AI experience is a plus
• Any work building AI agents a big plus
• A solid CS education is essential

Typescript and Python skills are ideal, but other coding backgrounds will be welcomed.

• Base salary of $150k to $195k
• Equity stake
• Opportunity to join at a Founding stage of a high-potential startup - the team has doubled in size in the past 2 months
