Job Purpose

Duties And Responsibilities
- Assist teams with daily supply chain operations, projects, and administrative tasks
- Execute specific tasks, analyze data, and prepare reports or presentations to support decision-making
- Material master data review and clean-up, ensure data integrity to support SAP/APO to Kinaxis transition
- Review material expiry and activities, provide analysis for material destruction notices (MDN)
- Perform SAP transaction to cleanup residual inventory for small value & small quantities.
- Assist Excel modeling, developing tools to improve material requirement validation
Qualifications
- Current enrollment in a university or college program, often focusing on related fields (e.g., Supply Chain, Business, Engineering). (Graduate/ Post Grad) (1st/2nd/3rd year)
- Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
- Demonstrated leadership in academics, community services and/or extracurricular activities
- Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented, with strong organizational skills and able to manage multiple tasks
- Ability to work independently and collaborate as on a team
Physical Requirements
Office based, 5 days onsite (Location – Brampton)
