Our client is a privately-owned international energy company with 40,000 employees across 13 countries, offering a unique chance to merge your passion for technology with impactful work on socially relevant topics.
This role is available only in Romania, involves an employment contract (CIM), and is hybrid (one day a week at the office).
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop automation solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform, with emphasis on Power Apps, and Copilot Studio;
- Convert business needs into reliable digital solutions, ensuring scalability, ease of maintenance, and excellent user experience;
- Improve and refine existing solutions while proactively introducing innovative technical methods to the team;
- Maintain high technical standards by applying best practices in clean coding, testing, CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and security;
- Work closely with business and IT stakeholders, serving as a trusted technical advisor
- Keep current with advancements in AI, Power Platform, and RPA, and translate insights into practical implementations;
- Support junior developers through mentoring, participate in code reviews, and promote knowledge sharing to elevate team capabilities.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in developing solutions based on the Power Platform or RPA technologies;
- Strong hands-on expertise with Power Apps (Canvas, Model-driven, and Code Apps), Copilot Studio/AI/AI Agents and knowledge of integration with Azure AI or Open AI (application flows);
- Solid understanding of API integrations, SAP, and combining multiple tools to deliver optimal outcomes;
- Good grasp of core software engineering principles, including CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, monitoring, and cloud-based concepts;
- Ability to analyse complex digital challenges and deliver well-structured, practical solutions aligned with business goals;
- Excellent communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences, with a proactive, self-driven approach and strong ownership mindset focused on customer value;
- Fluent in English; German language skills are considered an additional advantage.
