Senior Full Stack Software Engineer (hybrid Bucharest)

We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer to join our team and contribute to the development of advanced software solutions used across multiple operational environments, including land, maritime, aerial, autonomous, and underground systems.

In this role, you will be involved in the complete software development lifecycle, from analyzing requirements and designing system architecture to developing, deploying, and monitoring high-performance applications. You will work on both backend and frontend technologies, helping build reliable, scalable, and user-focused products.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable and maintainable software architectures for both frontend and backend systems
• Contribute to the planning, design, and development of new applications and product features
• Manage and prioritize tasks throughout the entire development lifecycle
• Develop clean, efficient, and maintainable code using Java for backend services and React/JavaScript for frontend applications
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues while continuously improving existing systems
• Ensure that software solutions align with business goals and user requirements
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and external partners
• Support and mentor junior developers, encouraging technical growth and best practices within the team

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field
• At least 5 years of professional experience in Full Stack Development using Java, React, and JavaScript
• Strong hands-on experience with React and modern web development practices
• Experience building large-scale applications and microservices-based architectures
• Familiarity with Agile frameworks and project delivery methodologies
• Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a development team
• Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills
• Working knowledge of Linux and Windows environments
