- 15+ years of progressive software development experience, with at least 10 years as a full‑stack engineer on large‑scale, production‑grade systems.
- Advanced Python expereince (can mentor others and influence best practices)
- Expertise in MLOps and cloud‑native deployments and proven track record delivering for/supporting the entire life cycle of an AI-powered application
- Leadership of multiteam GitHub/GitLab repositories
- Experience with LLMs and/or Generative AI.
- Architectural design and operational ownership of Information Retrieval & Semantic Discovery systems (vector stores, k‑NN, hybrid search, relevance feedback loops).
- Strategic stakeholder engagement – regularly advises senior business leaders, external partners, and customers on technical roadmaps and risk mitigation
- Demonstrated strategic use of GenAI Coding Assistants to accelerate development, enforce standards, and increase team velocity.

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, AI/ML, or a related field or equivalent education/experience

- Proven thought leadership - publications, patents, or open‑source contributions in IR, LLM integration, or MLOps that influence industry best practices.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, AI/ML or related field
