Back Office Specialist

To manage the endorsement of claims for processing from various healthcare providers and ensure accurate scanning of documents within the agreed service level agreement.

Primary Duties And Responsibilities

• Responsible in Scanning, Indexing of Documents completely
• Ensure that all assigned batches are scanned within turnaround time in an accurate and legible manner.
• Coordinate claims with issues to the pending team.
• Verifies, generates and attaches LOE to appropriate claims.
• Achieves set target for Production and Accuracy.
• Compiles all scanned documents per batch and secure them in a storage box.
• Responsible for the transmittal of documents.
• Communicates problems effectively and promptly to immediate superior.
• Abide by the Code of Conduct / Code of Discipline of Equiserve.
• Commit to, support and help achieve, the Mission, Vision and Quality Objective of the department and Equiserve.
• Performs other duties assigned in keeping with the growth and general responsibilities of the position
• Performs Ad-hoc jobs assigned by immediate superior.
• Comply with the organization's information security and data privacy policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure the protection of sensitive data, safeguarding the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of all information. This includes adhering to established protocols for securely handling, storing, and transmitting data while ensuring compliance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
• Attend mandatory annual Information Security (InfoSec) and Data Privacy Act (DPA) awareness training to stay informed about the latest security practices and maintain compliance with relevant obligations.
