Full-Stack Engineer (AI / Product)

We are hiring Full-Stack Engineer opportunity with a fast-scaling AI healthcare company in Paris.

Role overview

Location: Paris

Working model: Hybrid (Paris Candidates -2 days onsite per week, non-Paris candidates- Travel and stay supported; 2 days every 2 weeks)

Salary: €80k–€120k + equity

Key focus areas

Building product features across web and desktop applications

Backend APIs and services (Kotlin / JAVA, GraphQL, PostgreSQL)

Frontend development with React, TypeScript, Tailwind

Working in cross-functional squads with Product, ML, and Design

Infrastructure exposure (GCP, Kubernetes, Terraform)

Writing clean, maintainable code with strong engineering principles
