We are looking for a BASE24 eps Implementer /Developer for our well-known client.

Location – Poland, or ready to relocate to Poland

Hybrid work – FULLY REMOTE

Responsibilities

• Implement, configure, and support BASE24 EPS for ATM and payment transaction processing
• Work with card transactions, including ATM, POS, and electronic payments
• Configure transaction routing and message formats (ISO 8583)
• Support system installation, upgrades, and migrations
• Perform testing and assist during go-live and production deployment
• Identify and resolve transaction or system issues in production
• Coordinate with banks, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth implementation
• Maintain system stability and support daily operations

Requirements

• 5-8 years of experience in BASE24 EPS implementation or support
• Strong knowledge of ATM, POS, and card payment systems
• Good understanding of ISO 8583 messaging
• Basic knowledge of COBOL, UNIX/Linux, and shell scripting
• Familiarity with payment networks (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay, UPI)
• Experience with HSM and security concepts is a plus
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to work across multiple audiences (business units, senior leaders, clients)
• Excellent interpersonal skills, including teamwork, facilitation, and negotiation
• Strong planning and organizational abilities
