The Role

What You'll Need

• Several years of practical software development experience.
• Excellent German and English skills (minimum C1 level) for clear communication.
• Broad understanding of technology and concepts, staying updated with current trends.
• Commitment to high-quality code, including unit tests, code reviews, clean code, design patterns, and refactoring.
• Openness to "AI for Software Engineering" and eagerness to use tools like Claude Code, Open Code, and GitHub CoPilot.
• Ability to mentor less experienced colleagues and contribute to their growth.
