How we work:
We follow a hybrid working model, spending an average of three days per week at our office location. This will be based in our Dublin hub. The Dublin office is located in George's Quay in the heart of Dublin.
The impact you will have:
- Build trust and rapport with product owners and develop creative solutions, configuring and maintaining Paysafe’s Salesforce implementation
- Work in a growing development team following Scrum bi-weekly releases while contributing across an emergent Salesforce Center of Excellence (CoE)
- Take responsibility, driving the Salesforce implementation of major features and projects from start to finish
- Adapt complex customer service processes, consolidate merchant onboarding processes and help our Risk and Compliance team keep our business secure
- 5+ years professional software development experience - including 3 years on the Salesforce platform - designing, building, and maintaining solutions in complex, enterprise-scale environments
- Strong experience developing scalable solutions using Triggers, Batch Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWCs), and declarative automation
- Experience building integrations using APIs (REST/SOAP) and data movement patterns (ETL)
- Ability to own complex features end-to-end: design, development, testing, and production support
- Strong understanding of code quality, performance optimization, and Salesforce best practices
- Experience with automated testing and quality-focused engineering practices
- Comfort working with business stakeholders and translating requirements into technical solutions
- Collaborative approach with ability to support peers and contribute to technical decisions
- Experience working in a Salesforce Center of Excellence (CoE) model, supporting multiple business domains and balancing strategic initiatives with BAU delivery
- Exposure to highly regulated or transaction-heavy environments, where security, compliance, and data integrity are critical considerations
- Familiarity with Salesforce advanced capabilities such as:
- Marketing Cloud / Data Cloud (Data 360)
- Salesforce Order Management
- Experience Cloud
- CPQ or complex contract lifecycle management
- Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems using middleware or iPaaS solutions (e.g., MuleSoft or equivalent); experience with Docusign integration
- Working knowledge of DevOps practices for Salesforce, including CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and release governance
- Experience contributing to incremental platform modernization or technical debt reduction initiatives
- Prior involvement in distributed/global teams where collaboration spans multiple time zones
