Job Summary

The Senior Consultant leads end-to-end ServiceNow solution delivery across GRC/IRM, SecOps/TPRM, CSM, HRSD, ITOM, ITAM, and CMDB, including AI-powered capabilities such as Virtual Agent, Now Assist, and Predictive Intelligence. The role includes functional leadership, solution design, advanced configuration, and guiding junior consultants.


Role Responsibilities

  • Lead configuration and delivery of multi-module ServiceNow solutions, including GRC/IRM, SecOps, CSM, HRSD, ITOM/Discovery, ITAM, and CMDB.
  • Facilitate workshops to gather requirements and define solution designs.
  • Prepare detailed configuration documentation, process flows, and design specifications.
  • Build enterprise automations and workflows using Flow Designer and Workflow Editor.
  • Implement AI capabilities including Virtual Agent, Now Assist, Predictive Intelligence, Agent Assist, and AI Search.
  • Support integration architecture and troubleshoot REST/SOAP/IntegrationHub integrations.
  • Provide mentorship, conduct quality reviews, and guide junior team members.
  • Manage enhancements, optimization activities, and stakeholder discussions.


Requirements

  • 6–8 years of ServiceNow implementation or consulting experience.
  • Strong expertise in at least two of the following: GRC/IRM, SecOps, CSM, HRSD, ITOM, ITAM, CMDB.
  • Experience leading workshops and engaging senior stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in scripting (JavaScript, Glide), configurations, and automations.
  • Experience with enterprise-level ServiceNow integrations.


Certifications

  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) – mandatory.
  • At least two CIS certification in CSM, HRSD, IRM/GRC, SecOps, or ITOM.
  • ITIL Foundation - preferred


Education & Background

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience implementing or configuring ServiceNow.


Technical Skills

  • Strong configuration experience in GRC/IRM, SecOps, CSM, HRSD, ITOM/ITAM, CMDB.
  • Integration expertise with REST, SOAP, OAuth.
  • Experience with Flow Designer, ATF, dashboards, and reporting.
  • Familiarity with Now Assist, Virtual Agent, and automation frameworks.

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management.
  • Ability to lead teams and mentor junior resources.
  • Analytical thinking and structured problem-solving.
  • Adaptability to dynamic and complex environments.
