Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate effective communication and coordination among team members to achieve project goals. - Mentor and support team members to foster professional growth and skill development. - Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize team productivity and software quality. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Site Reliability Engineering. - Strong knowledge of system architecture and infrastructure automation. - Experience with monitoring, alerting, and incident response strategies. - Proficiency in scripting and programming languages relevant to reliability engineering. - Familiarity with cloud platforms and container orchestration technologies. - Expertise in performance tuning and capacity planning to ensure system stability. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering. - This position is based at our Manila office.
