JOB DESCIPTION
- Gathering briefs from Accounts/Clients, analyzing requirements, and clarifying all details to determine the approach.
- Developing and planning practical proposals for client briefs with creativity.
- Presenting plans and ideas directly to customers alongside Accounts, ensuring effectiveness and persuasiveness.
- Coaching and developing team members' skills and knowledge.
- Fostering teamwork spirit to enhance achievements.
- Researching event markets and updating event knowledge from various sources.
- Maintaining timelines and creating backup plans for all circumstances.
- Debrieifing with the internal team to align with the client's ideas.
- Brainstorming and researching markets to develop creative solutions for clients.
- Writing and developing proposals, pitching to clients for optimal project outcomes.
- Strategically developing and implementing event campaigns across all channels.
- Handling quotations, internal costs, supplier communication, and event production follow-ups.
- Efficiently managing projects/programs including timelines, venues, suppliers, legal obligations, staffing, and budget.
- Setting up, rehearsing, and coordinating suppliers, addressing client queries, and troubleshooting on event days to ensure smooth operations.
- Overseeing dismantling and venue clearance post-event.
- Conducting post-event evaluations, including data analysis, team review meetings, and report generation for stakeholders.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key client teams.
- At least 2-3 years experience in related fields
- University Degree in Economics, Marketing, Foreign Trade or related fields
- Creative and active team player who is passionate, highly committed, and self-motivated
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and innovation
- Knowledgeable and up-to-date with event marketing, communication, and advertising
- Good command of English
- Probationary period: 2 months
- Working hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 6:00 PM (flexible hours)

- Sales performance bonus (if applicable): awarded according to company regulations when exceeding sales targets set for the year, paid out twice in February and June.
