Account Manager - SaaS

Responsibilities

• Finding and approaching potential customers through social media channels, networking, telecommunications/IT conferencesDeploying business services in Network, System, Cloud, AI... including demand consulting, sales, contract signing
• Monitor and prepare periodic business reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly, annually). Proposing business plans for each project and customer.
• Drive revenue and market share in a defined territory or industry vertical
• Meet or exceed quarterly revenue targets
• Develop and execute against a comprehensive account/territory plan
• Create & articulate compelling value propositions around GreenNode
• Collaborative and dynamic teaming environment with Solution Consultant, Product Marketing Manager, Marketing, …to effectively manage opportunities and pipeline through the sales cycle
• Work with partners to extend reach & drive adoption
• Manage contract negotiations
• Ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience required
• 5+ years of technology-related sales or business development experience
• 3+ years of direct field experience selling software/hardware or cloud solutions to Vietnamese enterprises/corporations.
• IT platform experience preferable
• Experience in identifying, developing, negotiating, and closing large -scale technology deals
• Experience in positioning and selling technology to new customers and new market segments
• Experience in proactively growing customer relationships within an account while expanding the customer's understanding of the customer’s business
• Ability to self-build and implement a personal sales plan.
