🚀 Product Line Manager – Bostik (Arkema Group)
At Bostik, part of the Arkema Group, we are looking for a Product Line Manager to lead and develop our product portfolio across Latin America, driving growth, profitability and operational excellence.
What you’ll do:
- Manage and optimize the product portfolio lifecycle
- Define and execute commercialization strategies
- Lead product launches, sampling and margin improvement initiatives (LEAP)
- Coordinate cross‑functional teams (R&D, Sales, Supply Chain, Production)
- Ensure data accuracy, SAP product codification and documentation
- Support long‑term capacity and cost evolution planning
What we’re looking for:
- Experience as Product Line Manager / Product Manager in industrial or chemical environments
- Full english profiency
- Strong strategic, analytical and cross‑functional leadership skills
- Ability to work in a regional, multicultural environment
