Pay $23.08 a hour plus incentive pay structure
Role Description
The Sales Development Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in North York, ON. The role involves identifying quality leads, supporting business development efforts, and engaging with potential business owners to build strong relationships. Daily tasks include conducting outreach to prospects, qualifying leads, assisting in the sales process, and maintaining detailed records of client interactions. The Associate will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to achieve customer acquisition goals and contribute to overall business growth. This roles goal is to be a entry level job to grow into account executive or customer Success manager.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients
- Experience in Sales and Business Development roles
- Bachelor’s degree not necessary we are looking for high drive and competitiveness to be the best
- Previous experience or knowledge in the business brokerage or real estate industry or franchising is an asset
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company targets.
- Identify and engage prospective clients through various channels including B2B outreach.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with business owners, franchisees, and investors.
- Conduct presentations and negotiations to close sales deals.
- Proven experience in B2B sales or business development.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in English; Spanish is a plus.
- Familiarity with CRM tools is preferred.
- Customer service orientation with a proactive attitude.
