Product Manager

We are seeking a dynamic Product Manager to join our team and support our proprietary tools and operational workflows. This is an exciting opportunity to work at the intersection of product, support, and operations, ensuring our internal teams and clients have exceptional product experiences.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize proprietary product tools, configurations, and workflows to align with business needs.
• Act as the primary point of resolution for internal teams and client-related issues, ensuring efficient triaging and prioritization of tickets.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge documentation for internal and client use, ensuring content accuracy and accessibility.
• Collaborate with onboarding, training, and communications teams to support successful product launches and updates.
• Analyze user feedback and operational data to identify experience gaps and advocate for improvements in product discussions.

Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in Adtech product management or related platforms.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to navigate ambiguity effectively.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex concepts in a clear manner.
• Proven ability to influence peers and collaborate across teams to drive consistency and resolve conflicts.

Preferred Skills

• Project management experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with AI tools for workflow optimization or support operations.
• Experience working in an agile environment, including user stories and iterative development.
• Background in media effectiveness and experience creating stakeholder materials.
