🚀 Founding AI Engineer (Mid → Senior/Staff)

We’re hiring an AI Engineer (2+ years through Senior/Staff level) to join a high-growth, venture-backed startup building next-generation AI infrastructure.

We are not looking for a task-taker.

We are looking for an owner.

Someone who has built and shipped AI agents in production, has strong opinions, and wants to shape the foundation of a category-defining product.

💡 What You’ll Be Doing🧠 Own the Intelligence Core

• Build and own the AI Investigation Agent → Diagnoses issues by traversing relationship topology and generates remediation workflows

🔍 Build Intelligent Query Systems

• Develop a Query Agent → Translates natural language into structured queries across a semantic data layer

📊 Drive System Performance

• Build evaluation frameworks for model quality, reliability, and accuracy
• Own feedback loops and continuous improvement

🔗 Architect Data + Reasoning Pipelines

• Create retrieval + reasoning pipelines across complex enterprise systems (MDMs, vulnerability scanners, ticketing systems, etc.)

🤝 Work With Real Customers

• Partner directly with enterprise design partners (publicly traded companies)
• Ship solutions quickly to real-world, high-stakes environments

🔥 What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of experience (open to strong mid-level → Senior/Staff)
• Proven experience building and deploying AI agents in production
• Strong background in:
• LLMs (OpenAI, open-source, etc.)
• RAG pipelines, embeddings, vector databases
• Prompt engineering + evaluation frameworks
• Experience working with complex, multi-source enterprise data
• Systems thinker with strong opinions and execution ability
• Builder mindset → ownership over everything you touch
