Service now Ai implementer and developer

• AI Implementation: Architect and deploy ServiceNow AI offerings, including Now Assist (for CSM/ITSM), Virtual Agent, and Task Intelligence.
• Generative AI Development: Configure the Generative AI Controller to connect with LLM providers (e.g., OpenAI, Azure AI) and establish secure prompt engineering standards.
• Agentic Workflows: Build and tune AI Agents that can plan, call specific tools/flows, and execute actions autonomously within existing governance models.
• Workflow Automation: Design complex automation using Flow Designer and IntegrationHub to connect AI insights to downstream execution (e.g., automated server resets or access provisioning).
• Platform Governance: Set guardrails and data policies for AI outputs to ensure compliance with security and privacy standards (GDPR/PDPA).
• Custom Development: Write server-side and client-side scripts (JavaScript/Glide API) to customize AI-driven workspaces and "Next Experience" UIs.

Technical Skills

• ServiceNow Core: Strong hands-on experience with ITSM, CSM, or HRSD (at least two are mandatory).
• AI/ML Specialist: Proven experience with Predictive Intelligence, Natural Language Understanding (NLU), and Document Intelligence.
• Scripting: Proficiency in JavaScript, XML, HTML, and REST/SOAP integrations.
• GenAI Knowledge: Familiarity with LLM grounding, context packing, and prompt library management.

• Education: Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• Experience: 510 years of total ServiceNow experience, with at least 2+ years focused on AI/Automation initiatives.
• Certifications (Highly Preferred):
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in ITSM or CSM.
• Certified System Administrator (CSA)
