This is a full-time hybrid role for a Generative AI Engineer, based in Paris with flexibility for some remote work. The Generative AI Engineer will design, develop, and optimize generative models and algorithms while collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate AI-based solutions into the Karelytics platform. Responsibilities include implementing machine learning workflows, testing and refining model accuracy, and staying updated on advancements in AI research. The candidate will also contribute to product innovation by leveraging AI technologies to enhance risk assessment, pricing, and fraud detection capabilities.
- Proficiency in Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing (NLP), and Generative AI frameworks such as GPT, BERT, or Stable Diffusion
- Strong programming skills in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar tools
- Experience in model training, testing, optimization, and deployment
- Knowledge of data analytics, predictive modeling, and statistical analysis
- Understanding of healthcare data, risk management, or health insurance systems is a plus
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
