Our Advisor platform is a 360° financial advisory solution that helps bank and pension advisors guide customers through credit, mortgage, pension, wealth, and investment decisions.

Advisor is designed to be country‑agnostic and is already live in Denmark, with active expansion into the Nordics, EU, and the UK. We are now looking for a skilled Software Developer to help shape the next generation of the platform.

Financial advisors rely on Advisor to deliver precise, compliant, and trustworthy guidance to their customers. The platform must handle complex financial logic, integrate seamlessly with banking systems, and scale across countries, products, and regulatory environments.

As a developer on the Advisor team, you will:

• build the financial modelling foundation that powers real advisory conversations
• ensure that forecasts, key figures, and recommendations are correct and explainable
• design integrations that connect Advisor to the broader banking ecosystem
• contribute to a platform used daily by advisors across multiple markets

Your work directly influences how financial decisions are made, from mortgages and pensions to investments and long‑term planning.

About the Role

You will join a cross‑functional team of developers, business analysts, and domain experts working on the core of the Advisor platform. The role combines deep domain logic with solid engineering practices, and you will work across modelling, integrations, data flows, and system behavior.

You will be involved in the full development life cycle: from understanding requirements and refining domain logic to implementing features, improving performance, and ensuring long‑term maintainability.

What You Will Work On

• Develop and maintain the 360° financial modelling foundation across credit, pensions, wealth, and investments
• Build and improve integrations with external banking systems and financial APIs
• Work with complex data models in a layered, multi‑customer, multi‑country architecture
• Collaborate with analysts, domain experts, and customers to turn requirements into production‑ready code
• Ensure code quality through testing, documentation, and thorough code review

• Java‑based backend with strong domain‑driven design principles
• Cloud‑native architecture — containerized with Docker and orchestrated on Kubernetes
• Multi‑tenant, layered platform designed for country‑ and customer‑specific extensibility
• REST APIs with OpenAPI specifikations
• Strong emphasis on automated testing, static analysis, CI/CD, and code quality
• Increasingly AI‑augmented workflows — we invest actively in AI tooling and expect developers to help shape how we use it

What You Bring

You are a developer who enjoys working with domain‑rich systems and solving real business problems through high‑quality engineering.

You have experience with, or a genuine interest in the financial domain, whether that’s banking, credit, pension, insurance, or similar areas.
