As a remote Business Intelligence Reporting Analyst, you'll be part of creating and delivering amazing customer experiences while enjoying the satisfaction of being part of a unique culture.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or related reporting and business intelligence experience
- 5+ years of experience in reporting and business intelligence
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Proficiency in building reports and dashboards in Power BI or similar BI platform
- Ability to take raw data, perform necessary cleaning and transformations, and summarize as necessary to draw actionable conclusions
- SQL experience strongly preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong customer service, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
- Exceptional time management skills and attention to detail
