- 3 years of experience with ML infrastructure (e.g., model deployment, model evaluation, optimization, data processing, debugging).
- 1 year of experience with GenAI techniques (e.g., Large Language Models (LLMs), Multi-Modal, Large Vision Models) or with GenAI-related concepts (language modeling, computer vision).
- Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or related technical field.
- 5 years of experience with data structures and algorithms.
- 3 years of experience working in a complex, matrixed organization involving cross-functional, or cross-business projects.
- 1 year of experience in a technical leadership role.
- Experience developing accessible technologies.

As a Senior Software Engineer, you will be a key driver of our technical execution. You will write high-impact code, lead critical project workstreams, and contribute directly to the roadmaps that bring our Gen AI products to life. This is a role for a builder who wants to solve frontier problems at scale while helping shape the future of the Data Cloud.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $174,000-$252,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Partner with leadership to translate high-level roadmaps into high-quality code, ensuring the "Agentic Data Cloud" goal is realized through robust engineering.
- Take the lead on specific project modules—from design to deployment—driving progress and ensuring mission-critical components are shipped on time.
- Design and implement scalable software solutions that integrate frontier models like Gemini, ensuring they are performant and accessible.
- Maintain a high bar for technical quality through thorough peer reviews, documentation, and mentoring team members on best practices for large-scale systems.
- Identify, debug, and resolve intricate technical challenges within the AI-native foundation to ensure our services remain trusted and flexible.
