Summary:

As a Custom Software Engineer, you will engage in the development of custom software solutions that are designed to meet specific business needs. Your typical day will involve coding, enhancing components, and collaborating with various teams to ensure that the software solutions are scalable and high-performing. You will utilize modern frameworks and agile practices to deliver effective results, contributing to the overall success of the projects you are involved in.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple

teams.

• Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities and foster

a culture of continuous improvement.

• Mentor junior professionals to help them develop their skills and grow within the organization.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must to have : SAP BW/4HANA Data Modeling & Development
• Must To Have Skills: SAP ABAP HANA and AMDP skill
• Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and best practices.
• Experience with ETL processes and data integration techniques.
• Familiarity with reporting tools and dashboard creation.
• Ability to troubleshoot and optimize data models for performance.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP BW/4HANA Data Modeling & Development.
• This position is based at our Pune office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
