Summary:

As a Custom Software Engineer, you will engage in the development of custom software solutions that are designed to meet specific business needs. Your typical day will involve coding, enhancing components, and collaborating with team members to ensure the delivery of scalable and high-performing solutions using modern frameworks and agile methodologies. You will be responsible for understanding the requirements and translating them into functional software applications, while also participating in team discussions to contribute innovative ideas and solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design software solutions.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Varicent.
• Good To Have Skills: Experience with software development methodologies such as Agile and Scrum.
• Strong understanding of software design principles and best practices.
• Experience with version control systems like Git.
• Familiarity with database management and data modeling.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Varicent.
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
