• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within project workflows.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in TIBCO BusinessWorks.
• Strong knowledge of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
• Experience in designing and implementing integration solutions using middleware technologies.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues within distributed systems.
• Familiarity with performance tuning and optimization of business process applications.
• Competence in collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end software solutions.

• The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in TIBCO BusinessWorks.
• This position is based at our Coimbatore office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
